537 Classic Mesh
536 Description Classic Mesh
Classic Mesh is the most commonly used fabric for flags. It's made from 100% polyester thread, which is knitted to make the fabric strong and with a particularly soft touch. The fabric is antistatic, has great colours and the reverse of the full colours is up to 100%. Perfect for flags, banners and beach flags.
Weight: 115g/sqm
Flame retardant: no
Characteristics: anti-fraying fabric
535 Euro Mesh
534 Description Euro Mesh
The Euro Mesh is an improved version of our Classic Mesh, with holes in the surface to allow it to be used in windy conditions. Its characteristic structure makes it even more mechanically resistant than the Classic Mesh. It's made from 100% polyester thread, which is knitted to make the fabric strong and particularly soft to the touch. The fabric is antistatic, has great colours and the reverse of the full colours is up to 95%. Perfect for flags, banners and beach flags.
Weight: 115g/smq
Flame retardant: no
Characteristics: anti-fraying fabric
533 Longlife Mesh
532 Description Longlife Mesh
Longlife Mesh is the most advanced version of Classic Mesh. Thanks to the improved production technique, flags made with Longlife Mesh have a longer lifespan, making them even more mechanically resistant than Classic Mesh. It's made from 100% polyester yarn, which is knitted to make the fabric strong and with a particularly soft touch. The fabric is antistatic, has great colours and the reverse of full colours is up to 95%. Perfect for flags, banners and beach flags.
Weight: 115g/smq
Flame retardant: no
Characteristics: anti-fraying fabric
531 Light
530 Description Light
The "Light" is perfect for flag-wavers in historical events and for indoor application where a flame retardant coating is required. It is made by 100% polyester. The fabric is antistatic, great colours, and the back of full colours is 100%. Perfect for flags and foulards
Weight: 70/smq
Flame retardant: yes
529 Satinette
528 Description Satinette
The "Satinette" is perfect for institutional flags due to its "silk" appearance. It is made from 100% polyester, with a particularly soft handle and flame retardant coating, which is required for indoor applications. The fabric is antistatic, great colours as the reverse is up to 30%, so we recommend "double layer + blockout" for double sided flags. Perfect for institutional use.
Weight: 130g/smq
Flame retardant: yes
Characteristics: anti-fraying fabric
527 Display
526 Description Display
The "Display" is the most used fabric for banners and many other interior design applications, like cushions, curtains, table cloth. It is made by 100% polyester, antistatic with great colours. The back side is not good enough for double side banners, so we suggest "Double layer + blockout" for a perfect double side result.
Weight: 220g/smq
Flame retardant: yes
525 Blockout
524 Blockout
A layer of dark coloured blackout fabric placed between the two layers of fabric. The layers aren't glued together, so be aware that you may see some lifting.
523 File
522 How to make the files
Files must be in the same size and orientation as you specified in the configurator. You don't need to calculate bleed, our system will automatically adjust your file. Don't put any marks or lines around the file. The file will be printed exactly as you save it. We do not modify files for any reason.
521 Double layer
520 Double layer
With the double layer option enabled, you can upload two separate files that will be printed twice and stitched together according to the option you select in the next steps. Please note about the file: don't rotate the design, the two files will be stitched top to top, so the top of the first file will be stitched to the top of the second file.
519 Label
518 Label
A "FlagMaker" label is sewn on the back, near the edge, with the composition of the material and washing instructions. Even if the label is not required by law in all countries, we recommend that you leave this option on.
517 Custom Label
516 Custom Label
On the back of the flag, near the edge, is a personalised label showing the composition of the fabric and washing instructions. Remember that this option requires you to have purchased a lot of custom labels. If your account doesn't have enough labels, a standard "Flag Booster" label will be embroidered and unfortunately the discount cannot be applied to the price.
515 No Label
514 No Label
No label will be sewn onto the flag. Although labelling isn't mandatory in every country, we wouldn't recommend it.

The finishing with rope 3mm is suggested for for size not over 70cm.
419 Clean cut
The clean-cut option involves cutting the fabric using a hot metal wire. This way, the edge of the fabric is cauterized and will resist fraying more effectively.
418 Single stitching
When the single stitching option is selected, our checking files system adds 1cm of bleed by mirroring the original design. This bleed will be used to create a hem of a few millimeters by means of a simple stitch.
417 Double stitching
When the double stitching option is selected, the file checking system adds 20mm of bleed by mirroring the original design file. This bleed will be used to create a double hem of approximately 10mm using a double stitch.
416 Rope
The cord finish involves cutting the fabric raw edge and sewing a double reinforcement tape 25mm wide (25+25), which is then finished with a double stitch. Inside the tape there is a 6mm rope. Please note a suggestion for your design: on this side 25mm of design is covered by the tape.
415 Rope
The cord finish involves cutting the fabric raw edge and sewing a double reinforcement tape 15mm wide (15+15), which is then finished with a double stitch. Inside the tape there is a 3mm rope. Please note a suggestion for your design: on this side 15mm of design is covered by the tape.
